Directions
To use warm
Place wrap on a clean, dry plate first. Put plate with wrap in microwave. Microwave for 45 seconds the very first time you use the wrap. If extra heat is desired, try 1 minute the next time, then 1 min and 30 seconds (max heating time). Cool to room temperature between heating cycles.
To use cold
Chill in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.

Returns
If you don't absolutely love your Huggaroo, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a full refund.
Please email us at help@huggaroo.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment as soon as we receive the returned item and verify that it is in acceptable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Of course, we stand behind the quality of our products beyond this return window! In the unlikely event that you should discover a manufacturing defect during the first year of use, we will promptly send you a replacement or repair the defect free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.

Misused, abused, modified or altered products, products used in an unauthorized fashion, cosmetic defects resulting from expected wear and tear, and product damage resulting from failure to follow our use and care instructions do not qualify for warranty, replacement, repair, or refunds. A word about our microwavable heating pads: fabric burns are caused by improper use or a microwave defect and are excluded from any warranty. Please read and follow our directions (available here) and your Huggaroo microwavable heating pad will look and function like new for years.

This microwavable head and sinus wrap is amazing! It provides relief when experiencing a headache or sinus pain and can be reheated for longer stretches of use. It is also designed just right for even heating. The plush material is SO soft and comfortable. I also love that it is versatile and can be used as a standard heating pad for other purposes, as well. You can't go wrong with this purchase!

I get migraines on a pretty regular basis. Typically, they're also combined with a tension headache. The relief I get from this head wrap is beyond amazing! It fits really well and is super soft & comfy. I've used heating pads, rice bag pads, hot water bottles, you name it and this has far surpassed any of those other options.
If heat helps your head at all, you really need one of these!
The wrap combines the optimal amount of heat and beads that mold around my head to help me relax and soothe my head. The soft material feels wonderful. Very well-made. I would buy again! This would make a great gift.
