It’s really good heating pad at affordable price. It really relieves my shoulder pain. I will recommend this product.
I love this product! I had been using a heating pad for neck and shoulder pain and I was looking for something to replace it. I found exactly what I was looking for in this product. I can heat it up, put it on, and go about my day. It closes with velcro so I don't have to worry about it falling off. I chose the unscented because I didn't know how I would like the smell of the scented ones. The only thing I wish it did was stay hot for just a bit longer, but I can reheat it if I need to so it doesn't bother me much at all. Overall a great product!
Bought for my 77 yr old mother who just broke 4 ribs. She loved it.
Excellent product! Excellent company. I use this every night!
I am pleased with the Huggaroo Warm Compress Neck Wrap (Unscented). It replaced an old, scented neck wrap that was just worn out, and the scented stuff was starting to congest me when I used it. I'm still trying to zero in on the desired heat level. I'm at 2:30 min. and I probably could use a little more my next use.
The room for improvement comment deals with the part that runs up the back of the neck. My issue is with the muscles/tendons that run from the shoulders up the rear sides of my neck to the base of my skull. I cannot get the wrap to contact the upper part of my neck unless I bunch the wrap up or lean back against something. It would be ideal if there were a way to get better contact with the upper part of the neck.
