FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states. The vast majority of orders placed before 2 pm EST on Monday - Friday are picked, packed and shipped the same day. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed and shipped the following Monday.
Returns
If you don't absolutely love your Huggaroo, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a full refund.
Please email us at help@huggaroo.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment as soon as we receive the returned item and verify that it is in acceptable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
1 Year Manufacturer Warranty
Of course, we stand behind the quality of our products beyond this return window! In the unlikely event that you should discover a manufacturing defect during the first year of use, we will promptly send you a replacement or repair the defect free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for manufacturer warranty, your Huggaroo product must be purchased from:

- directly from Huggaroo at all third party marketplaces (such as amazon.com, ebay.com, walmart.com, bonanza.com, etc). There are no other authorized resellers at third market marketplaces.
- from an authorized reseller (Macy's, Wayfair, the Grommet).

All Huggaroo products are for personal use only. Misused, abused, modified or altered products, products used in an unauthorized fashion, cosmetic defects resulting from expected wear and tear, and product damage resulting from failure to follow our use and care instructions do not qualify for warranty, replacement, repair, or refunds. A word about our microwavable heating pads: fabric burns are caused by improper use or a microwave defect and are excluded from any warranty. Please read and follow our directions (available here) and your Huggaroo microwavable heating pad will look and function like new for years.
