FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS!

Ordering and Payment

Select the items you wish to buy and click on the "Buy on Amazon" button. This will take you to our product listing on Amazon.com.  Currently, we fulfill all our orders on Amazon. We do this to give you free and fast shipping, order tracking, and hassle free order cancellation, although we hope that you will never have to cancel an order with us:)

No.  At this time, we are only accepting orders online.

At the present time, we fulfill all our orders through Amazon. You can track the status of your order in your Amazon order queue.

Yes. Currently, we fulfill all orders through our Amazon account. When you click on an item you will be taken to our Amazon listing. You purchase the item on Amazon. If you wish to cancel, you can cancel your order in your Amazon orders queue.
Currently, we fulfill all our orders through Amazon. Amazon handles all the payment processing. All major credit cards are accepted.
Only if you live in the state of Tennessee. All other customers do not have to pay sales tax. The Federal Government requires us to collect state tax from states where we have a physical presence. Currently, our only location is in Tennessee. Therefore, we are required to collect sales tax from customers whose billing address is in the state of Tennessee (currently 9.25%).

Shipping

Yes! 🙂  We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. All our orders are currenlty fulfilled on Amazon. All purchases get free shipping and Amazon Prime members get free 2 day shipping!

If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours, most of the time the same day. Amazon is incredibly fast and ships around the clock.

Your shipping charge will vary based on weight and country of destination. Delivery times vary greatly for international shipments, depending on your locale.

Yes, your package will likely be subjected to import charges. Huggaroo is not responsible for customs/duties charges.  These costs are determined by your local customs office.  Huggaroo cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your Huggaroo purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days from purchase. Your Huggaroo item must be in good condition, without any signs of misuse or abuse. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items which have clearly been misused or abused.  Make sure the return form is included in your package and it is correctly filled out.

Items purchased on Amazon should be returned through Amazon. Amazon will process the return. 

If you purchased your item on our website, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. We may request of you to take and email us photos of the defective/ unwanted item prior to returning it.

All returns past 30 days will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. 

Your refund will be provided in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made. Please allow 7-10 days for your credit card to be credited with the refund amount.

Any items that were defective or inaccurate upon delivery may be exchanged or refunded.  Please email our customer service department immediately upon receiving the items and please describe the problem and include photos of the defective/ inaccurate merchandise. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed to your credit card and we will gladly replace your merchandise or give you a full refund. Of course, the shipping costs to send back your correct order will be on us!  

We recommend using USPS Priority when returning your items and make sure to retain a tracking confirmation number.

Huggaroo will impose a $20 fee for any undeliverable order and corrections to shipping addresses caused by customer error. Undeliverable orders include not being able to sign for an order that comes by our shipper, misspelled shipping addresses, or any fault of the customer making our shipper unable to complete the delivery of the order.
