• Outer cover: 100% polyester. Reusable and machine-washable. Wash cold on gentle. Tumble dry on low heat. No bleach. No iron.

• Hot insert: 100% cotton fabric filled with flaxseeds, lavender, peppermint, chamomile, lemongrass.

• Cooling gel insert: PVC shell filled with water, glycerin, CMC.

Directions

To use warm

• Only microwave the hot insert. The gel ice pack should never be microwaved - it is for cold applications only.

• Place the hot insert on a clean, dry plate and microwave on high for 20 seconds the very first time. If extra warmth is desired, gradually increase the heating time by 20 seconds to a max heating time of 60 seconds. Cool to room temp between heating cycles.

To use cold

• Chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.
