Materials: Outer cover: ultra plush Minky (100% polyester). Insert: 100% cotton fabric filled with hypoallergenic, non-toxic, odorless, food-grade polypropylene pellets.

Care: Both the outer cover and weighted insert can be washed. Machine wash cover or insert separately on cold, gentle setting. Air fluff in dryer. No bleach. No iron.

FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is a flat rate of $20 per item. The vast majority of orders placed before 1 pm central standard time on Monday - Friday are picked, packed and shipped the same day. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed and shipped the following Monday.
Returns
If you don't absolutely love your Huggaroo, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a full refund - no questions asked!
Please email us at help@huggaroo.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Once your return is authorized, please package your item well and mail to: Huggaroo Returns, 111 Savoy Cir, Nashville, TN 37205. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment as soon as we receive the returned item and verify that it is in acceptable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Of course, we stand behind the quality of our products beyond this return window! Should you discover a manufacturing defect during the first year of use, we will promptly send you a replacement or repair the defect free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.

All Huggaroo products are for personal use only. Misused, abused, modified or altered products, products used in an unauthorized fashion, cosmetic defects resulting from expected wear and tear, and product damage resulting from failure to follow our use and care instructions do not qualify for warranty, replacement, repair, or refunds. A word about our microwavable heating pads: fabric burns are caused by improper use or a microwave defect and are excluded from any warranty. Please read and follow our directions (available here) and your Huggaroo microwavable heating pad will look and function like new for years.
